Mediteranean house near Bucharest

The project represents a house for a 5-member family, situated in Buturugeni, in the south-west region of Bucharest, on a 1072 sqm site. The concept stands on the clients wish for a mediteranean inspired house that features some specific elements like barrel tiles and arched porch.

Regarding the functional aspects, at the ground floor we can find a bedroom, a bathroom and an open-space day area with livingroom and kitchen opening to the porch. At the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own balcony, and a common bathroom. Also, the clients wished to have a partial basement for the cellar.
