House with metal structure in Ciolpani, Ilfov

The project represents a single-family house situated on a 1000 sqm in Ciolpani, in the north of Bucharest. The clients wished for an efficient house, both in terms of construction process and space distribution.

In consequence, we designed a metal structure house with 2 bedrooms, a home office, a spacious livingroom and a kitchen, optimized and easy to furnish. The living spaces are oriented to east, south and west, optimizing the solar energy and natural light.

Because the clients are passionate about mountain trips, the most special area of the house in the wooden terrace that also marks the house entrance, recreating the atmosphere of the wooden mountain cabins.
