Holiday house in Vâlcea

The holiday house is located near Râmnicu Vâlcea, in a hilly region surrounded by picturesque landscapes. The clients envisioned a cozy retreat where their extended family could gather and spend quality time together. With the older family members in mind, particular attention was given to accessibility and ease of movement throughout the house.
The ground floor comprises an open-plan living area designed for shared daytime activities, along with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The attic level accommodates two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
The house’s simple geometric form and generous glazed surfaces were carefully designed to respond to the surrounding landscape and frame the beautiful views towards the orchard, creating a strong connection between the interior and its natural setting.
